Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Midland to be on-site at a customer location and act as a liaison between Schneider and the customer. The Customer Service Coordinator will act as an advisor, resolve complex problems, and build a solid working relationship with the customer.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a deep knowledge of the customer's supply chain.
* Provide process and technology training to enable the needed support and coverage.
* Establish and communicate the daily distribution of work to the team.
* Attend weekly business reviews to discuss new offerings for the account.
* Act as the team lead for problem resolution.
* Analyze service issues and trends to determine the root causes and communicate recommendations to the team.
* Identify opportunities that would lead to improved performance for the account.
* Work through any border crossing issues that arise.
Skills and qualifications:
* Associate degree in business or related field.
* 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
