Rogers Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support our operation located in Bloomington, IN. Our high calcium, finely ground products are used as animal feed supplements and agricultural lime throughout the Midwest and the Southeast. Our material is used to help make American industries, such as coal mining, safer by acting as a flame retardant and dust collector in underground mines. We also support the manufacturing industry as a necessary ingredient in the production of glass, shingles and other products vital to America's economy. Starting pay for this position is set at $23/hr. but higher pay may be available depending on experience and skillset.
General Shift is 7:30 am - 4:00 pm with Rotating Day Saturdays in Summer
Rogers Group is seeking candidates to fill a Customer Service Coordinator with our Specialty Products Operation in Bloomington, Indiana. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, safety conscious individual with a strong drive for continuous improvement and willingness to provide support when needed.
Job Responsibilities are as Follows but Not Limited To:
* Liaise with Sales Representative and Plant Operations personnel regarding Plant and Product Availability
* Constant communication with haulers, coordinating delivery to customers as product is available
* Consistent upkeep with customer purchases, maintain accurate ticket information to ensure prompt payment with minimal rework
* Learn and Utilize Internal Systems to facilitate accurate reporting within the organization
* Rapid Response to Customer Concerns with strong resolution skills
* Assist Administrator with Production and Equipment Entries in Accounting Systems
* Work within a team of Customer Service Representatives to minimize Customer and Scale call time.
* Provide coverage for fellow office staff vacation/sick days. Backup fellow CSRs as needed without needing to be directed
Qualifications:
* Willingness to work within a team environment of diverse personalities
* Proactive nature regarding process/task improvement
* Familiarity Microsoft Office Suite
* Openness to Learn and Willingness to share existing applicable Knowledge and Skills
* Must Pass pre-employment drug screen. Subject to random drug-screens while employed
