Job Description:
Field calls and electronic communications from customers requiring assistance and providing feedback to the company. Accurately record all customer calls/electronic communication into the reporting platform on a daily basis. Ensure that loyalty card requests are maintained and processed daily and in a timely manner. Utilize system tools to research and provide resolution to customers. Process gift card orders. Recognize, document and alert management team of trends in customer calls. Job Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Well organized, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills. Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and follow instructions, and ability to read, retain and comprehend Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
