Location: Telford, PA 18969Position Type: Full TimeSchedule: Monday - FridayKey Responsibilities:
  • Manage routes for managers & technicians.
  • Maintain FieldRoutes database of customers, technician routes, appointments.
  • Review invoices & email to customers.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain the Salesforce database of leads & sales.
  • Contact customers regarding their account balance or autopay problems.
  • Training provided on-the-job.
  • Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company's processes and services.
Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Pass a background check.4+ years experience in an office environment utilizing the skills listed below.Top notch skills needed in these areas: * Attention to details, Follow-up skills * Communication (written & verbal) * Collaboration with co-workers is a must * Multi-tasking * Self-motivation * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) * Willingness to learn new skills & systems * Can-do attitude; not bothered by rapid changes Preferred but not required:
  • Bilingual
  • FieldRoutes software experience
  • Salesforce software experience
