Overview
The Customer Service Coordinator would help with daily functions related to the various areas listed below. This position does offer opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)
* Responsibilities in assigned territory include:
* Complete Sale Checks on all list projects
* Sends Add/Deduct and update system accordingly
* Resolving discrepancies on the project
* Monitoring/Reporting of NMBS Add/Sales Errors
* Monitoring of Must Take Delivery dates
* Attends Hotlist meeting daily
* Shared responsibilities include:
* Mill Certs as needed
* Transfer Jobs
* Assists as needed on customer issues.
Qualifications
* Must excel at: communication, organization, multitasking, teamwork and be self-motivated.
Preferred
* Experience in the Joist/Deck industry is desirable.
