Monitor customer accounts' balances and report on overdue debts for possible escalation.Monitor payment plans in line with the credit policy and procedures.Produce reminder letters to chase overdue invoices within agreed timescales.Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity.Regularly refer overdue accounts to the managing agents (MA) with the prior agreement of the MA where normal procedures have not been successful.Perform monthly customer accounts reconciliations.Liaise directly with property managers to agree on policy regarding the debts and its recovery.Provide ad-hoc cover to the Customer Service team when needed/requested by the line manager.To ApplyYou must be living and authorised to work in the UK to apply for this position.Administrative support experience is preferred.Data Energy is an Investors in People Silver accredited organisation and therefore actively looks to encourage and develop its staff through investment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
