The Customer Service Desk is the first point of contact for incoming patrons. The is one of the most important roles in the stores. As a Customer Service Associate, you are ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and concerns.Get to know us:Honeoye Falls Marketplace and Mendon Meadows has been a family run business for over 30 years. One of our keys to great success is hiring excellent employees who we believe have the skills and potential to be successful.Summary of the position: Our customer service desk team greets customers upon entering the store, answers and forwards all incoming calls, responds to customer questions, comments, and complaints (involving management when necessary).The team processes and updates customer requests for the company Perx Card (our company loyalty card). Customer service associates sell and cash New York State Lottery transactions while adhering to all state and county regulations. The team properly processes cash transactions, all forms of payments and discounts, EBT, WIC, coupons, and store discounts.
