** Your Function:**

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Supporting the Customer Service process and handle all incoming standard requests for information.

* Receive and solve first line client queries.

* Receive and handle all inbound end-user correspondence.

* Analyze and translate clients needs into a correct and timely solution.

* Codes types of calls, tracks call activity, and reports back to business unit regarding process breakdowns or opportunities for improvements in the process.

* Transfer out of scope communications.

* Keep the right balance between client friendly approach and timely overall response.

* Explain to clients and internal stakeholders how processes work and how things are done.

* Facilitate improvements in the Customer experience through department initiatives such as Customer Care and/or electronic invoicing setups.

* Maintain working relationships with vendor/dealer operations on contract and service process.

* Provide information and instruction to dealers.

* Process support information and signal opportunities for improvement.

* Analyze the client intentions/needs in close cooperation with sales and translate clients needs into a correct and timely solution.

** Your Profile:**

* High school diploma

* 0-2 years working experience

* Experience within the financial services industry preferred.

* Basic insight in customer service, knowledge of accounting.

* Able to review, analyze and judge a set of assigned incoming routine customer requests.

* Stays within well defined standard instructions and routines for the Customer Service Support.

* Ability to lift up to 10lbs. Ability to sit and work at a computer for extensive periods of time.

* Ability to communicate both orally and written with other members of the team and with clients/prospective clients.
