Pa Peterson at the Citadel is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Director to join our team. The Customer Service Director reports directly to the facilitys Administrator. The Customer Service Director works with residents, family members of residents, and employees to ensure resident/employee satisfaction.
**Customer Service Director Essential Job Functions:**
* Conducts facility rounds
* Interviews residents and resident family members
* Provides resident and resident family member requests
* Conducts follow-up phone calls to current and discharged residents and resident family members for customer satisfaction
* Participates in director meetings
* Conducts satisfaction surveys
* Conducts staff morale team building activities
* Oversees customer satisfaction program for the facility
* Other duties as assigned
**Customer Service Director Education and Experience Requirements:**
* Previous experience in long-term care facility is preferred
* Experience in creating quality assurance/quality improvement initiatives
* Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
* Compassionate and empathetic personality
