Full Time dispatcher positions available immediately in **Brooklyn, NY**
We are seeking full time candidates that are energetic, friendly and detail oriented to join our amazing dispatching team. They dispatch our healthcare personnel team and equipment to long term care facilities and home bound patients .
Our dispatchers interact with our health care team: the technicians on the road the doctors, facilities and internal staff via phone and email.
Preferred candidates possess healthcare experience. Must have dispatching experience with a desire to work in a fast paced / team oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule and dispatch technicians to appropriate locations according to clients requests, specifications, or needs.
* Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from technicians on the field
* Monitor personnel and/or locations on a constant basis in order to coordinate service and schedules.
Qualifications:
* Experience in geriatric health care preferred, mobile medical field experience a plus
* Must have dispatch experience
* Ability to multi task and work under pressure
* Honest, flexible, team player and hard working
* Spanish/Russian speaking a plus
