Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, providing outstanding customer service while scheduling and coordinating services for our fireplace, insulation, and service departments. Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Release new orders by locating purchase orders (PO) and scheduling them in real-time while on the phone with customers.
- Coordinate the completion of installations.
- Offer and schedule Tune-ups to homeowners, understanding the various types and prices of Tune-ups.
- Forward service requests for products not installed by the company to the Service Department for Tune-ups.
- Schedule services as needed for the Insulation, Scheduling, and Service Departments.
- Process payments through PayTrace and input data into Macola and F5 systems.
- Address customer inquiries, offering solutions for issues such as:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions in the F5 database.
Qualifications:
- Experience in dispatching within HVAC, Plumbing, or related industries is required!
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and provide solutions in real time.
- Proficient with scheduling systems (Macola experience is a plus).
- Comfortable handling payments and working with multiple software platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
