Responsibilities •Set up the field technician's schedule to dispatch for profits (Right tech to the right call) •Debrief technicians after their service calls •Update our call takers on appointment needs Qualifications •Service Titan experience is a plus! •Candidates with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher are preferred •Candidate must have great customer service communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills •Candidate should be comfortable working with people in dynamic and stressful conditions •Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
