Customer Service Chico, California Department **Customer Service** * Customer Service : Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers

* Domestic Dealer Support: Specifically, provides support to domestic dealers, reps, and sales managers

* General Administration : Provides data entry and high-quality record-keeping, and general administration related to customer service functions

Applies critical thinking skills to proactively support the sales organization Responds promptly to customer inquiries by demonstrating and utilizing excellent product knowledge, problem solving skills and independent thinking Aids in customer service coverage for entire department, especially during meetings and out of office times for other team members Promotes Klean Kanteen initiatives on sustainability. Helps to demonstrate and convey our companys vision and values for sustainability, environment awareness and impact, product design and purpose as well as the overall ethos and vision of our brand and company * Applies Vendor Compliance knowledge to effectively execute all relevant requirements. Provides updated VC and Ship Guide manuals to Sales Operations/Operations Managers when received

* Manages and executes projects, as assigned

* Performs other duties, as assigned

* Provides high quality customer service to consumers, dealers, distributors, and rep agencies by ensuring calls and inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively

* Communicates, distributes, and manages all wholesale inquires to appropriate channel

* Pre-vets wholesale customer inquiries. Distributes all inquiries that pass to appropriate channel. Maintains inquiry records

* Processes and manages domestic wholesale orders

* Meets bi/monthly with sales managers to collaborate and support sales goals and communication

* Works directly with sales managers and Sales Reps to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction

* Provides backup to all CS channels, as assigned

Strong professional communication skills written and verbal Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers both in-person and via other media such as email and telephone Ability to work under short deadlines as well as dynamic, potentially stressful customer service situations Must have excellent organizational skills; Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously Ability to make good decisions - think quickly, act decisively, inform others Ability to understand and balance technical issues / solutions with time / cost / human factor Ability to work independently, self-starter and self-motivated Ability to navigate Social Networking sites and demonstrate high levels of business internet etiquette Ability to prioritize, direct others, as needed and always maintain confidentiality Location Chico, California Department Customer Service
