Job Description:
About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Service Functional Excellence associate to join our team. In this role, you will drive process excellence improvements in the North America Customer Service Team. This position will be located at our facilities in Phoenix, Tempe or Flagstaff, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs. Responsibilities:
  • Ensure MPD NA Customer Service is following operational procedures and that regional practices and processes are efficient and effective
  • Investigate, design and implement changes to processes that improve business outcomes, customer experience, and increase capacity and efficiency
  • Engage and partner as needed in digital transformation work
  • Document all process improvement activities, including methodologies used, changes implemented, and outcomes achieved
  • Strive to reach or exceed calculated efficiency gains related to operational improvements
  • Continuous review of non-standard practices, ensuring a win-win for Gore and the customer
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MPD North America Sales Operations and Stakeholders
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement and influence change management within the team
  • Drive and maintain KPI goals with regards to operational/functional excellence
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
  • Knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies
  • Project Management and continuous improvement experience
  • Proficient in using Windows-based programs with the capability to quickly learn new tools and software
  • Manage competing priorities, workloads, and activities to achieve multiple project objectives
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 5%
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of industry and market trends for Medical Products
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification
