Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual with experience in the graphic design or printing industry to join our team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, entering orders, and resolving artwork and technical issues. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Answer incoming calls. Route calls to specific people and take messages as needed
    • Check incoming email and respond to all inquiries
    • Receive orders from email.
    • Act as a liaison between graphics team and customers to communicate order status as well as any potential changes and problems.
    • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status.
    • Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues or concerns.
    • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Minor Graphic Design functions.
Qualifications
    • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
    • Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
    • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
    • Outstanding phone etiquette and active listening skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
    • Experience with basic graphic design terminology or knowledge of photoshop / illustrator is beneficial but not required.
