This position involves guest services, food and beverage departments, and events.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Interacting and assisting guests as neededAssisting with events from set up to take downPerforming various tasks related to scheduled work areaOperating and balancing a cash drawerResolving all guest concerns and complaints and/or directing to appropriate ManagerCompleting special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Flexible work schedule (e.g., Week Days, Week Nights, Weekends, Holidays and long hours) and regular attendance necessaryMust have reliable transportationExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust have excellent computer skills and able to learn facility softwareMust have excellent guest service skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow Team MembersMust work well with othersMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and venueCommitment to the safety and well-being of othersWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bendWill be required to operate a computer and registerFacility has intermittent noisePREFERRED:Have a basic understanding of sportsHave a basic understanding of working with large amounts of money and being able to balance the register after each shiftAge 18 or older#J-18808-Ljbffr
