Max Bill Rate: *** Location: J23 - Hybrid - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) will need to coordinate with current dept to ensure coverage Contract: 6 months - Based on performance and business needs What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for thisposition: 1. strong verbal and written communication skills. Confidence when speaking not hesitant to make calls 2. ability to follow directions / scripts 3. ability to work independently - proper training will be provided 4. computer savvy primarily Excel and Outlook We are looking for an individual who will call on 3rd parties to ensure that changes being made to Vendor / Customer records are valid and legitimate requests and not fraudulent attempts. This involves conducting research using the internet and internal systems and placing calls to 3rd parties to get verbal confirmations in order to vet the requests. The candidate should be well versed in Excel and have the ability to learn to use computer systems. The candidate must be articulate and have strong written and verbal communication skills as there will be significant interaction with internal and external parties. While the position is for a 40 hour work week, the candidate is expected to be at the office at least 3 days per week, to align with the days that other team members are present in the office. The other 2 days may be worked from home. Requirements: Bachelors Degree preferred along with 5+ years experience - Degree not required, but articulate, strong communication skills, written and verbal, a must. Basic Excel, Outlook
