Job Description:
Top 3-5 skills, experience or education required 1. strong verbal and written communication skills. Confidence when speaking not hesitant to make calls2. ability to follow directions / scripts3. ability to work independently - proper trainingwill be provided4. computer savvy primarily Excel and Outlook
  • We are looking for an individual who will call on 3rd parties to ensure that changes being made to Vendor / Customer records are valid and legitimate requests and not fraudulent attempts.
  • This involves conducting research using the internet and internal systems and placing calls to 3rd parties to get verbal confirmations in order to vet the requests.
  • The candidate should be well versed in Excel and have the ability to learn to use computer systems.
  • The candidate must be articulate and have strong written and verbal communication skills as there will be significant interaction with internal and external parties.
  • While the position is for a 40 hour work week, the candidate is expected to be at the office at least 3 days per week, to align with the days that other team members are present in the office. The other 2 days may be worked from home.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred along with 5+ years experience
  • Degree not required, but articulate, strong communication skills, written and verbal, a must. Basic Excel, Outlook
