Our client, medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a **customer service representative** to join their team.
**Job Title: Customer service**
**Location: Lake bluff , IL**
**Pay Range: $20.50/hr on w2**
**Key Details:**
+ **Work Type:** Hourly (nonexempt); Overtime (time and a half) for hours over 40
+ **Experience:** 3-5 years required
+ **Education:** 4-year equivalent college degree required
+ **Location:** Fully onsite
+ **Interview Preference:** Video
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Handle **inbound/outbound calls and emails** to assist healthcare customers.
+ Utilize databases to access customer and company information.
+ Provide accurate information by following detailed instructions and SOPs.
+ Exhibit **patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills** .
+ Maintain **speed and accuracy** when switching between calls and emails.
+ Work with complex **computer applications** and resources.
**Required Skills:**
1. **Problem-solving and critical thinking**
2. **Multitasking** : seamlessly manage multiple platforms and switch between customer interactions.
3. **Basic computing skills** : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
4. **Adherence to SOPs** : Follow procedures while knowing when to seek guidance.
5. **Team Collaboration** : Understand company culture and work well in a team.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Experience with **SAP or ERP systems**
+ Background in the **healthcare industry**

+ Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
