JOB SUMMARY: This position has overall responsibility to provide optimum customer service to NHBB customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Position is responsible for effective and efficient handling of customer calls, order entry, quoting and expediting.
- Efficiently and accurately managing customer demand with our backlog and production capabilities.
- Responsible for resolution of customer complaints and invoice issues.
- Collaborate with other internal support functions, such as outside sales, engineering, and production personnel.
- Must collaborate/participate in goals and strategy to help to meet department and company goals.
- Proactively seek to understand business needs and provide relevant, data driven solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High level of analytical competency and math skills demonstrated through professional accomplishments; demonstrated ability to effectively organize and interpret data.
- Must be proficient with excel, specifically: spread sheet management, pivot tables and V look up capabilities.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with shop floor supervision and support functions.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and daily activities.
- Must be organized, resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Associate's Degree in business or closely related field preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft office Products (PowerPoint/Word/Excel).
