Job Summary

SABIC is looking for talented candidates to join the Customer Service Operations group in Houston for Spring 2025 assignments. Program participants will gain meaningful work experience and get a close look at possible careers in pet-chem.

How You Can Be the Impact

Typical assignments include:

* Support operational teams to secure an uninterrupted day to day processes in the AMR region.

* Support on Quality Notification process by overlooking to administer root cause analyses and suggest Quality improvements, through collaboratively working across the functions.

* Management and Governance of Master Data: Customer, Logistics and Material Master, to sustain an effective Supply Chain operations.

* Support the E-Commerce and the digitized interactions between SABIC and customers.

* Maintain AMR process procedures, training programs, training materials and best practices for existing and new OTC processes.

What Matters to SABIC

* Sophomore though Senior level undergraduates and current graduate students are preferred, but others will be considered.

* Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or IT Bachelor degree program.

* 0-3 years in Customer Service environment with managed accounts

* Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel

* Preferred GPA: 3.0/4.0

Work Availability
