Sensitechs Life Sciences Industry Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role within our global sales team. Collaborating closely with Account Managers, this role involves a deep understanding of our clients' unique needs. Leveraging Sensitech's extensive range of supply chain visibility, quality, and supply chain resilience software and hardware, the solutions consultant crafts impactful solutions that delight our prospects. These are enterprise sales, and youll work across borders in a globally coordinated fashion. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, tackling diverse customer challenges, and delivering solutions that significantly enhance the efficiency of our clients' supply chains and the quality of their pharmaceutical products. As a strategic advisor, you offer tangible solutions and insights, showcasing why Sensitech is the optimal partner for addressing their supply chain visibility needs.

Sensitech is looking for a Customer Service intern to join our team for our Summer 2025 cohort.
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Preparing temperature and ship temperature monitors
+ Database maintenance
+ Running basic statistical data analysis for customer reports
+ Creating and reviewing document templates (proposals, protocols and reports)
+ Developing realistic example data sets for use in demonstrations and testing
**Role Purpose:**
+ Support a fast-paced team in the Boston area with completion of their time-sensitive projects.
+ Gain experience in an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Pursuing a bachelors degree
+ GPA must be greater than or equal to a 3.0 GPA
+ Applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Analytics, Computer Science, Logistics, or Business
+ Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred
+ Self-driven and proactive
