Customer Service Staff handle tours, enrollments, payments, gift shop sales, communication with families, and more. Barron Staff uphold our image of the cleanest facilities and the friendliest people.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep safety foremost for all families
- Smile, be welcoming, have good body language, and be outgoing
- Use established procedures to handle all check-in, family, class, and payment needs
- Utilize various computer programs, including: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Social Media, and a class management database
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of our customer areas as needed during shifts in between professional cleanings
- Take direction from mentors and leaders
- Be a team player
- Maintain consistent attendance in your set schedule to provide stability and familiarity for each family's needs.
