**What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:**
- Managing orders from PO placement through invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a high-volume environment.
- Successfully handling incoming emails in both personal and group mailboxes, providing requested information or coordinating with internal contacts.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to exceed customer expectations and proactively seeking improvement opportunities.

- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent and possess 3-5 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to listen and respond effectively.
