Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our Alteration boutique and Dry Cleaning business. You will interact directly with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from drop-off to pick-up. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, handling transactions, processing orders from tagging to packing, addressing inquiries and concerns, and maintaining an organized and efficient front counter area.RESPONSIBILITIES:-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, with drop-offs and pickups.-Handle customer transactions and maintain accurate records on our computer POS system-Handle cash and credit transactions, including reconciling end of day sales-Tag, sort and pack garments as per order requirements.-Answers phones, schedules appointments and communicates with customers, alterations and dry cleaning staff about work orders as needed.-Maintains the store clean and orderly, including sweeping, mopping and dusting-Assist alterations and dry cleaning department with steaming, pressing and spot cleaning merchandise as needed-Address customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.-Assist with minor issues and escalate when necessary.-Other duties as needed.REQUIREMENTS:-Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual - English and Spanish is preferred-Previous experience in customer service, specifically working dry cleaning setting preferred, not required.-Must be friendly, professional, and able to offer excellent customer service.-Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work efficiently.-Ability to prioritize and multitask-Able to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
