What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee customer support function and ensure timely and effective responses to inquiries and issue resolution
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Provide ongoing training and documentation on new features and improvements
- Collaborate with product partners to inform product development and build internal tooling
- Use SQL to generate reports, track key performance indicators, and analyze product breakages
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of Customer Service Support Experience
- At least 3 years using SQL
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Service
- 3+ years of experience using Zendesk
