- Hours: 8am to 5pm M-F
What you will need:Required Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of work experience in a communications contact center position at EEHealth
- Aptitude for organization, people, and non-routine situations
- Ability to move across multiple computer environments and effectively adapt customer service skills
- Ability to conduct internet searches, access, and retrieve knowledge/information
- Must be able to lead a workforce with a varied skill level
- Possess a relatively high level of customer service skills in order to interact effectively with others in situations requiring sensitivity & tact
- Possess good grammar and spelling skills in order to effectively take caller messages and on occasion effectively communicate with clients in web chat areas
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Knowledge of hospital operations and departments
General Summary:
Serves as a backup to the Supervisor for all matters related to the day-to-day management of Customer Service Specialists. Leads and organizes the work activities of the department staff during shifts when a Supervisor may not be present. Acts as the central point of contact for other departments when the Supervisor is not available. Serves as a backup to the Customer Service Specialist job queues when call volumes require. Ensures that department standards of excellence are adhered to by the staff.
