Sparta Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as Customer Service Lead.

The Customer Service Team is often the first point of contact for patients entering Sparta Community Hospital, and they play a vital role by managing patient information, ensuring compliance, supporting revenue cycle management, and enhancing the overall patient experience. The professionalism, empathy, and efficiency of the Customer Service team sets the stage for a positive care experience.

The Customer Service Lead is tasked with assisting the Customer Service Supervisor with the overall operation of the department, including being available to provide guidance to staff members when the Supervisor is unavailable. Additionally, the Lead will work with the Supervisor to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, introduce quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency, schedule staff, provide staff training, resolve registration challenges, and partner with healthcare professionals to improve the overall patient journey.
