WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
* Customer Interaction: Locate and load customer orders onto vehicles or trailers, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer needs.
* Operational Support: Deliver completed orders to the Will Call Counter and Drive-Thru areas and stage products for loading or delivery.
* Inventory Management: Pick products using an RF scanner, update inventory in ERP systems, and maintain proper records to ensure inventory control.
* Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, following all prescribed methods and safety procedures.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse accessible and safe for employees, customers, and visitors by adhering to cleanliness and organization standards.
OUR MUST HAVES:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* 0-1 year of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
* Forklift certification (training provided on-site).
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously.
* Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
* A proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
