**Customer Service Manager**

Picture yourself here: When you join PPGNY as a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned Health Center(s), in collaboration with the Health Center Director/Manager and the VP of Health Center Operations. **Additional responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for oversight and supervision of front office functions and personnel.

+ Serves as point person for clients, volunteers, visitors and staff at the Boro Hall Centers.

+ Responsible for all aspects of patient registration and financial procedures, including processing of insurance, registration, and insurance information, fee collection, cash day sheets and reconciliation of payments, and timely submission of documents to Finance Department.

+ Performs all tasks necessary for patient admission to medical services, receipt of payment for services and receives all visitors to the Center.

+ Monitors patient flow, ensures quality customer services and performs other duties to assure the smooth running of the center.

+ Assumes responsibility for modeling excellence in customer service, and mentoring staff in client-centered service delivery.

+ Assumes a leadership role in resolving customer service issues in collaboration with other Center managers.

+ Requires a Bachelors degree or equal experience.

+ Requires three (3) to four (4) years of related and/or applicable experience.

+ Must be proficient in use of computers.
