Customer Service Manager

Tracking Code 1135-489 Job Description We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Manager to be based in Woodland Hills, California or Texas.

**Role:**

Taking full management of all integrated partnership clients and ensuring that the targeted revenue is realized and maximized across the Team. Leverage further opportunities from clients within their network

**Responsibilities****:**

* Manage day to day activities for all Integrated Solutions Clients to meet Team Target

* Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

* Manage new client relationships by delivering on the expectations set during onboarding process. Expand revenue opportunities through continued relationship management

* Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

* Conduct account reviews based on customer metal and prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing all trade history and information. This includes site visits if metal and location allow so role will involve travel when necessary.

* Manages client relationship via CRM system and ensures all pertinent information is updated in the system

* Reports weekly revenue numbers to Regional Manager and updates team on performance by attending weekly sales call

* Adheres to the performance criteria as outlined in the Sales Scorecards

* Represents company when needed at sales or marketing events which will ultimately drive business revenue to AFEX

* Ensures all internal processes and SLAs are followed to ensure exemplary customer experience- escalates issues to appropriate Manager and follows up on all required actions

* Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Experience

- Strong sales and analysis skills for successful business generation

- Experience in the field of foreign exchange services

- Strong interpersonal skills, professional deportment and the ability to persuade

- Strong verbal and written communication ability

- Organization, verbal and visual presentation, and a proactive approach to sales.

- Excellent time management

- Insight and experience to protect the companys commercial priorities and positively drive client relationship

- Proven account management or client relationship management skills

- Extreme attention to detail, particularly with respect to client information and payment data

- Strong mathematical skills
