We are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure exceptional support for our valued clients.Job Description:As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee our customer service operations, address customer escalations and manage a team of customer service representatives. Your role will involve ensuring that our team provides timely, professional, and efficient service to our customers, helping to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer service interactions to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner with consideration and tact.
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer service experience and resolve issues effectively.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer service operations and performance to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer service function.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
