What we're looking for:The ProdataKey Data Analyst is responsible for extracting, processing, analyzing, and reporting on data to produce actionable insights and recommendations. They perform ad hoc analyses, build standard reports and data visualizations, and deliver operational insights through various methods and media to provide clarity and understanding among organizational stakeholders. The Data Analyst will be experienced in managing and querying large datasets, maintaining data warehouse and data pipeline documentation, and will provide recommendations on long-term strategic data initiatives. They establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with peers and leaders across the organization.

What you'll do:- Support daily, weekly, and monthly data analysis and reporting activities for sales, finance, product, operations, engineering, and customer service.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and build metrics that measure operational performance, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and organize data and reporting across multiple systems. Review, clean, and transform data to serve business and analysis reporting needs.
- Develop measurement plans and interactive dashboards that create actionable business insights.
- Perform analysis to assess the quality and statistical significance of data to identify trends, patterns, and predictions related to operational efficiency, product usage, and market trends.
- Monitor and manage Snowflake data warehouse and related data pipelines.
- Maintain documentation for data warehouse schemas, data pipelines, reports, and insights.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline such as statistics, mathematics, information systems, computer science, finance, economics, or related field.
- Four years of relevant work experience in a role performing data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication/data storytelling skills.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, with experience writing queries and subqueries, modifying data, creating views, and knowledge of different join types, filtering, sorting, aggregation, and performance tuning.
- Experience building queries and manipulating data with SQL, Python, R, and similar platforms.
- Experience with database design, data modeling, and standardized data structures.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques, ETL processes, and database management.
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience working with Snowflake data warehouse platform.
- Experience working with Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience creating visually appealing, content rich, and consumer centric reports and dashboards in business intelligence visualization platforms (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Grow BI, etc.).
Work Location- On location at Draper office off I-15 just south of IKEA
