An award-winning agency based in Coshocton, Ohio specializing in Commercial/Farm, Annuities, Auto, Home, Life and more. The hourly range is based on experience plus commission and bonus opportunities! Job Responsibilities- Receive Phone Calls and Office Visitors- Review and Process Client Changes, Additions, Revisions, Cancelations, Payments- Proactively Schedule Annual Professional Insurance Reviews- Keep Record of Customer Interactions, Transactions, Inquiries, and Comments- Administer and Adhere to Agency Practices and Procedures- Develop and Maintain knowledge of products agency offers- Maintain Agency Database & Assist in Marketing Campaigns Job Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities- Must have or obtain insurance license with support of agency- Must be detail oriented and able to organize, prioritize, and multi-task- Demonstrates Professional Demeanor- Excellent Phone Communication Skills Required- Manage Agency Correspondence Including Email, Fax, and Mail- Previous Customer Service Experience Required- Must have solid PC Skills, Basic Math Skills, and Strong Analytical Capability- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer, & PowerPoint)- Must be comfortable with web-based software applications
