- The Outbound Calls Representative will be responsible for researching the existing leads, making calls and understanding their planning to invest in solar panels and renewal energy.
- Schedule virtual appointments for the sales team to close the sale of Solar Panels components and modules.
- Manage the provided sales leads and store the conversation outcome on Microsoft Excel and/or the designated CRM.
- Clearly explain the purpose of the call and the solution at hand via phone calls.
- Able to be trained in technology solutions.
- Able to manage unhappy leads politely, with a sales mentality at all times.
