Ruger Firearms is one of the nation's leading manufacturers of rugged, reliable firearms for the commercial sporting market. We are looking for dedicated individuals with at least three years of service/sales experience in an inbound call center environment who would like to join our team of associates providing support to our customers efficiently and professionally. Position Summary: At Ruger, we count on the customer service department to interact professionally with our valued customers when they have questions or concerns. We are looking for a skilled customer service associate to join our team and handle inbound and outbound phone calls, and email requests, using a friendly, helpful approach. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality. This person should also have experience in sales, as the opportunity may arise to promote company products and services. The most successful customer service representative will have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner. Serving as the voice of our company, the representative will be integral in reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.   • Provide a positive customer experience by handling inbound customer calls to meet customer requests for product information and/or services;
  • Provide customer satisfaction within company guidelines;
  • Assess the needs and concerns of the customer in a timely manner;
  • Recommend appropriate solutions to customers;
  • Provide customers with up-to-date product information;
  • Deliver a professional sales and customer service experience to every customer;
  • Provide a world-class customer service and sales experience by greeting customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed procedures;
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns and demonstrate empathy;
  • Meet customer requirements through first contact resolutions;
  • Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional education as needed;
  • Answer customer questions regarding product offerings, billing, features, etc.;
  • Determine the appropriate response to customers using a script or sales flow as directed by the supervisor;
  • Complete daily orders and assignments;
  • Maintain records and files;
