****Customer Service Planning Specialist****

The Essity Customer Service Group is currently seeking a Customer Service Planning Specialist. This position will be located at our Service Excellence Center in Greenville, WI.

****About the Role****

A dynamic intersection of Planning, Systems, Customer Service and Sales, this position will manage customers inventory to optimal levels using analytics to drive service excellence. Towards that end it will be paramount to develop positive internal and external relationships while applying expertise in system knowledge, data analysis, supply chain and customer service. Internal focus will be to grow technology enhancements to add value and transactional efficiencies for the Customer Service Department.

****What You Will Do****

* Manage Customer Inventories/Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) - collaborating with customer to accurately forecast usage, optimize safety stocks and inventory, analyze usage/trends, and maintain efficient data flow between systems;

* Maintain Order Fulfillment tools/systems (Electronic Data Interface, Vendor Managed Inventory) to ensure successful execution of customer requirements related to order entry and fulfillment;

* Order Entry using daily proposals, create, validate and optimize Customer orders;

* Address and solve order related issues that may impact service level; customer satisfaction;

* Continuously coordinate the flow of information to improve sales forecasts through internal collaboration with Essity Operations, Planning, Sales, Transportation and Customer Service to align with needs of Customer;

* Lead development and maintenance of value added technologies interfacing with Customer Service and Customer-Facing experience.

+ Build Customer Services Digital Capabilities; Omni-Channel experiences;

+ Value Added Technologies - Drive Digitalization, Automation and System Optimization;

+ System-centric projects and/or enhancements;

* Build and maintain relationships with customers by using effective communication and offering customer solutions/options for effective problem solving and trend analysis.

****Who You Are****

* Bachelor in Business/Economics/Engineering or related fields preferred with analytics and the job description;

* 4 or more years of experience in a Supply Chain/Planning environment;

* 4 or more years of experience in at least 2 planning disciplines (Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning, Supplier Management);

* Experience with SAP environment and Supply Planning in the Manufacturing Industry;

* Account management/Relationship management;

* Experience in implementing supply chain systems and process (CPFR, VMI, ERP);

* Advanced Excel knowledge;

* APICS certification is a plus.
