Job Description:

We are a fun, colorful kid's swimwear & accessories brand based in Los Angeles/Vernon seeking an experienced customer service/sales representative.

Responsibilities include wholesale & DTC customer service, sales, order processing, including order entry, allocations, pick tickets, invoicing and shipping. You will also work with Shopify, Faire and Amazon Seller and Vendor sites as well as various drop-ship e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with apparel ERP system such as Apparel Magic, Aims, or similar
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience with Shopify (setting up/updating & order processing)
  • Proficiency with ShipStation
  • 3+ years experience wholesale/eCommerce in the fashion, swim, surf or gift industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Must have upbeat, friendly personality, a professional attitude, and enjoy working with people.

Preferred (not required):

  • Experienced & proficient with Amazon Seller and/or Amazon Vendor platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce websites
  • Experienced with Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Email (Klaviyo preferred)+ Social Media Management
