Customer Service - Product Support
Customer Service Job Type Full-time Description The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for:
* Handling customer questions on use and installation of our products using company supplied literature and training.
* Processing of customer calls and e-mail inquiries with regards to pricing, availability, order status and other related matters.
* Provide sales and marketing support to our distributors, architects, contractors and other interested parties.
* Process customer sample requests.
* Set up and maintain sound and current records and files in Customer Relationship Management software and other electronic databases.
* Cultivate a professional relationship with the sales and marketing personnel of our distributors, dealers, and other trade professionals.
* Complete special projects as directed by management.
* Represent Schluter Systems L.P. in a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner in all matters.
Requirements
High School diploma / college preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
Two (2) years customer service experience
Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative
Well organized and detail oriented
