In the Customer Service Professional II role, you will be responsible for processing orders and communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Our Customer Service Team has a great opportunity for a Customer Service Professional to join the team at our Ann Arbor, MI site.
As the Customer Service Professional II, you must be highly organized and focused on providing excellent customer service. You will work with our large customers, adhere to deadlines, and liaise with a range of internal stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position working Monday - Friday, 9:30 am-6:00 pm
What you will accomplish with us:
+ Check contract terms and related documents
+ Enter orders, create delivery slips and invoicing in SAP/GP
+ Check the delivery time with the internal department and headquarters
+ Contact the finance department to ensure on-time unblocking of orders
+ Follow up regarding payment with the customer
+ Communicate with the warehouse for the correct shipment
+ Handle return shipments from customers
+ Provide reports from GP and SAP
+ Maintain customer master data in SAP/GP
+ Maintain contracts/agreements in file
+ Handle orders related to claims
What will convince us:
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ 2+ years of solid order processing and service department experience
+ You have a working knowledge of Salesforce, SAP or ERP
+ Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral
