Partners Personnel is pleased to share that we have partnered with a very reputable company known for giving the “personal touch”. They are the go-to company for outsourcing Customer Service Specialists and other Professional Services. Located in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, they design customized solutions to address company's needs and offer solutions.
At this time, we are seeking to fill several customer service positions and looking for those that have experience working directly with customers, providing answers and resolutions to their concerns. Those that have worked in call-centers or office environments would be a great fit for these roles.
Temp-to-permanent, full-time, paying a very competitive starting rate of $19/hr.
· Ability to handle large call volume and respond with empathy, compassion and haste
· Signing up new members and answering their inquiries in a thorough and accurate manner
· Experienced taking calls via phone, email and chat
· Previous experience in call center or office environment in a customer service capacity
· Personable, friendly with strong communication and written skills
· Must have longevity at your previous jobs (no job hoppers please)
· Stellar references that can attest to your abilities
