Their products include manual and software compatible business checks, deposit slips, business laser checks, deposit bags, tax forms, self-ink stamps and other accessories. The Customer Service Representative & Receptionist job in Portland, Maineis responsible for data processing, answering phones for inbound customer orders and other general inquiries, making phone calls to contact customers and suppliers and other auxiliary tasks such as filing and organizing. This is a full-time position, with 1st shift availability. Customer Service Representative & Receptionist Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• 1 Year of Customer Service experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office software/solid computer skills required
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Required Skills:

• Must have strong attention to detail
• Possess a positive and professional attitude
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Strong Typing/Data entry and computer skills are required

Customer Service Representative & Receptionist Details:

• Schedule:
  • Day shift - 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
• Pay Rate: $20/hr
• Start Date: ASAP
