ABOUT THE ROLE:

Schedule: This is a part-time customer care position with the potential to grow into full-time. We'll work with you to find a schedule that fits your life.

Role Overview: In your role as a Customer Service Rep - CSR, your day is filled with activity and interaction. You start by answering phone calls and managing both inbound and outbound communications. Scheduling appointments with our dispatch team keeps the day running smoothly, while you monitor and follow up on leads, abandoned calls, voicemails, and emails. You'll handle office admin tasks and assist with various duties, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn our CRM software
• Ability to handle a high call volume and manage friendly customer service experiences
