Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You'll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be extraordinary at multitasking and delivering solutions that move multiple projects forward toward completion. As a part of the STG team, you'll have a starring role in helping us continue to provide daily freight solutions for our global customers. What you'll do:
- Issue invoices to customers, including monthly billing statements
- Resolve all invoice disputes
- Identify and communicate billing issues and resolutions between terminal, collections and customers
- Process invoice validation responses received from customers
- Perform research on accessorial charges and provide input and recommendations to resolve issues; monitor accessorial activity for trends and associated improvement opportunities
- Work with internal and external customers to implement plans to avoid charges, building a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Align team members to identify issues and troubleshoot where necessary, escalating as appropriate
What you'll have:
- 1 year of experience in an analytical environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships both internally and externally
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
