Sovos Brands is looking for an upbeat Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for supporting the for all of our brands, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. We are a fast-paced and inclusive organization that is looking for an operational-savvy expert who can make an impact by being adept at leading and managing a variety of simultaneous tasks while maintaining close attention to details and organization.

**Job responsibilities:**

* Ensure customer service policies, procedures, requirements and standards are met.

* Prepare export documentation necessary for Sales Orders, verify sales orders for accuracy (including pricing), prepare potential shortage report and partner with Supply Chain Planning to minimize service disruptions.

* Review performance metrics. Prepare/track corrective actions relating to service improvements. Review tools with business leaders regularly.

* Provide; Supply Chain Leadership with insightful analysis, decision support and process ownership. Sales with actionable insights and to drive sell. Customer Service team the ability to factually challenge or acknowledge a service issue

* Track and report complaints, OSnD issues and deductions. Identify customer service trends, root cause contributing factors, determine improvements required to drive results, partner as needed to drive change/improvement and document corrective action.

* Visit customers and company facilities often enough to effectively represent the customer point of view internally.

* Facilitate a month close process which ensures timely execution of orders

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Strong people leader, able to motivate a team and collaborate with peers

* 1 year of previous Customer Service experience

* Professional written and verbal communication skills required

* Self-directed and have excellent follow through, attention to detail, prioritization skills to handle workload and expert time management skills

* Team Player and leader making a positive impact to the organization

* Sense of urgency and strong communication skills

* Build basic dashboards for KPI reporting to equip business leaders for expedited decision making

* Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

* Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner

* Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions

* Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge

* Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

* Customer focused for a positive customer experience and resolution

* Strong cross functional performer driven by team collaboration

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with Microsoft NAV is a plus

* CPG or Food related business

* Bachelors Degree related field, but experience may substitute

*The targeted budget for this position is $40-$45K. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.*
