• Handle incoming/outgoing correspondences for department
• Answer telephone and in person client needs
• Work closely with department heads to answer questions/concerns customers may have
• Assist in all SOP and SPS procedures
• Assist in planning projects/products from start to finish
• Use of Microsoft products and proprietary software for reports and other documents
• Other duties as needed

Requirement

• Customer service/Administrative/Sales experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to pass preemployment screenings
