Job Type Full-time Description Summary: This position maintains our customer database, working closely under primary brokerage account manager, consistently entering and/or updating customers/carriers, their performance criteria (location, contact information, insurance, billing address, delivery requirements) to ensure the business needs are met. Incumbent also accepts and/or confirms loads and schedules appointments. The CSR ensures the business requirements are maintained for appropriate billing, service and insurance. Past experience in a similar environment is a must. Transportation experience is preferred.
