Job Responsibilities:

We seek a Customer Service Representative to work in our Local Call Center. The Representative will handle high-volume incoming sales inquiries and help customers with their purchases. This is a sales job; this position expects to hit your assigned sales quota on a daily, weekly, and monthly target.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Answer high-volume incoming calls

Answer customer's automotive parts questions

Enter orders promptly and accurately

Assist customers with quotes

Available Monday thru Saturday 7:30am to 6:30pm

Properly greet and thank customer for calling The Parts House

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of Auto Parts or the automotive industry

Experience in Auto parts sales

Must have reliable transportation

Prefer but not required Bilingual / English and Spanish

Dress code, must maintain a professional appearance at all times

Physical Demands: To perform the duties of this job, the employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to sit at a computer for long periods. The occasional heavy lifting of 50 lbs. or more may be required.
