Randstad has partnered with an organization in Wilmington to assist with filling their open temporary Customer Service opportunity. This role will ensure that they deliver on their promise of outstanding service. The position works with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure they are meeting their commitments while creating a seamless process for customers. The position is anticipated to last a few months. Below are the two shifts they are looking to hire for: Sunday-Thursday 11;30am-8:00pm In person Tuesday-Saturday 7:00am-3:30pm, In person

salary: $18 - $19 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

- Answer customer inquiries and assist with concerns via telephone and email

- Handle customer complaints with empathy and in a calm manner

- Utilize problem solving skills to come to a resolution for customer issues and follow-up accordingly

- Monitor delivery routes

- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience handling high call volume

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs - Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent customer service, multitasking, organizational, and problem solving skills
