This role targets candidates with mechanical aptitude and an ability to problem solve and understand customer concerns and company solutions or the proper departments to resolve specific customer issues. + Provide product, technical, and application support to customers in a timely manner via email and telephone, or directing them to proper support teams

+ Works proactively and independently to achieve customer satisfaction in regard to technical issues.

+ Support customers alongside representatives and technical/engineering colleagues.

+ Facilitate sales meetings and participate in customer activities in-house.

+ Fix any issues you find before they cause disruptions
